my first time to create a barbie doll cake using the Wilton wonder doll pan

This is for Jana's 7th Birthday. Her aunt requested for a yellow and orange barbie dress

Mahjong Cake

This cake is requested my Miss Kathy for her father's Birthday. Glad I was able to achieve the newly varnished look of the mahjong table.

      the characters are all edible..actually its all edible,except for the cake board of course :D
          Fudgy chocolate cake frosted with ganache and covered in marshmallow fondant.

Mother's Day Cakes

10 inches Red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting..for the fondant I just used golden yellow to match the vintage micropohone..it's from a daugther living million miles away from her mom.

THOMAS THE TRAIN

A month before my son's 4th birthday he already knew what he wants. He specifically told me that he wants a 3D Thomas the tank cake and it should be red velvet.
My husband teased him by telling him that we will just buy a pre made cake and we will just put a thomas toy on top.
With my friends requests,they want to taste all the kinds of cake that I bake..I just decided to make a chocolate thomas cake..and 172 cupcakes.

                            Thomas with mocha,vanilla,chocolate and red velvet cupcakes.

I baked a 10x2 square pan and cut it to the desired size and design in preparation for the train cake.
frosted it with unsweetened ganache and covered with fondant.

PRINCESS CAKE

creating this cake is very hard for a novise like me.when I was almost done I decided to tranfer the cake to a different cake liner..BIG MISTAKE! the icing inside collapsed and the fondant on top cracked.Had to remove everything including the frosting.Baked another cake,frosted and putting the fondant (of course a new one)

I'm just so lucky that my wonderful husband is around.He helped me with everything..cutting the new cake,frosting,with the decoration and packaging.I love creating cake and I just love him more for being so supportive.

Oh I almost forgot, its a chocolate cake with buttercream frosting and buttercream fondant.Design provided by client.Creating this doubled the hardship because its summer here in the Philippines.The frosting and the fondant is not so cooperative.; But I love the result anyway!

BOOBS

rush boobs cake order..chocolate flavor frosted with vanilla buttercream and covered with fondant.
I was thinking on how will I achieve that color of fondant..after alot of research and experiments..tadah!

after the cake is done, I called up the client, she said that she will just pick it up later ..if only I have known it earlier I made the brassiere sexier..but I'm still happy that the client is very happy with what she saw.
